About The Position

Absolutely Beautiful Flowers is seeking a confident, organized, and service-minded Blooming Lead to help guide their retail and office operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Blooming Lead will help shape the customer experience while upholding the brand's quality and presentation. Team members typically work approximately 7-hour days, with extended hours during major floral holidays. The company values attentive and focused individuals. As operations run seven days a week (closed on major holidays), flexibility, including weekend availability, is essential, making this not a traditional 9–5 position. The ideal candidate thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in staying engaged throughout the day.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail experience
• Leadership or key-holder experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with POS systems and basic office tools
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• Consistent availability, including weekends
• No allergies to floral materials
• A genuine appreciation for flowers and design

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail and administrative operations
