Learn more at www.plzcorp.com/careers or visit https://youtu.be/XYNIFpLQIJY Position Specific Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety protocols Thorough familiarity with all batching safety & process protocol; as well as Standard Operating Procedures Thorough understanding of the chemical inventory process & required software Propose and help implement approved changes to the batching process or cost-saving ideas Advanced SAP skills in the areas of shipping and receiving Run daily SAP reports to ensure completion of all shipping and receiving transactions Help work with QC, customer service, material handlers and forklift operators to ensure customer satisfaction Assist with and train new associates Run and monitor the open order report; monitoring hard ship, export blocks & ship to arrive by dates Print d/note and T/O, select carriers Prepare and print shipping labels and post bills Verify d/notes through reporting; monitoring the open d/notes report Demonstrated mastery of using a TMS Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety protocols
