Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM -1:00 AM Starting Pay Range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift. Where a candidate falls within the pay range will vary based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, education, skills and experience. Summary: Under the direction of the Blending Supervisor, the Blender operator is responsible for ingredient staging, tank transfers, tanker unloading, clean-in-place (CIP) processes, mixing and processing various liquid and dry products, and handling raw material receiving. This role ensures quality and efficiency standards are met through precise execution of written and verbal instructions. The Blender operator plays a key role in maintaining efficiency, safety, quality, and communication within the blending area, supporting the Company's mission to develop high-quality brands and operate best-in-class facilities.
