Key responsibilities also include maintaining vacant units, public areas, and company equipment, as well as managing inventory within budget and supervising capital projects. The Superintendent is expected to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, co-workers, and the general public, and to communicate effectively with the Property Manager regarding unit status and any uncompleted service requests.
