About The Position

Job Responsibilities: Performs all duties in a safe manner, being responsible for the safety of yourself and the employees around you Complies with all MSHA, State, BATFE regulations, as well as any customer specific rules Evaluates bench conditions and surrounding areas Works with NB site lead, customer engineering, D&B lead, QAQC team to determine daily objectives, in loading, and onsite work Accurately completes shot reports Adheres to all customer-provided loading and stemming plans, executes the loading process proficiently, and complies with established protocols in the event of any necessary deviations from the loading plan. Monitor and manage the team's performance to maintain productivity and efficiency in line with operational goals. Manages explosives inventory Helps to monitor others as to safety & compliance Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the company Assists in the training of new hires on daily operational processes and the execution of blasting plans. Operates Following Equipment: EBS communication equipment Pump Trucks Skid Steers Pick Up Trucks QualificationsMinimum Qualifications State Blaster’s License (if required) Good Team Leader Skills High School Education or equivalent (good math skills) Computer experience Available to work overtime at short notice
