Our strategies include Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, Total Portfolio Management, and Public Real Assets. Job Description: BXMA’s Quant team works across BXMA’s investment strategies and is responsible for and involved with many aspects of quantitative analysis and initiatives, including portfolio construction and new product development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a sell or buy-side program trading execution role
• Geographic experience: global markets (developed + emerging)
• General code experience required with Python or C# experience preferred
• Excellence in balancing multiple projects and efficiently meet goals in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team

Nice To Haves

• Single-stock execution experience is preferred

• Equity and futures product transaction cost modeling and analysis
• Execution optimization and implementation
• Collaboration with portfolio management, operations, and compliance teams
