Job Description The BL Regulatory Review Rep will collaborate with the Quality Review Syndications Power App Developer to enhance workflow and operational efficiency, requiring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience with Syndications, LIQ, or Power Apps development. Key responsibilities include improving Loan Closing Syndications Quality Review workflow through systems analysis, supporting Power Apps design and testing, directing project releases, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, and compiling data for reports and dashboards using Power BI. The role also involves preparing documentation and visualizations for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with internal and external resources to implement solutions effectively. Power Apps knowledge is preferred, but candidates with the ability or desire to learn Power Apps are strongly encouraged to apply. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days at one of the posted locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

  • Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Power Apps knowledge is preferred, but candidates with the ability or desire to learn Power Apps are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
