About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced, high-impact Business Operations Partner to join XBOW and help lead the company through our next phase of growth. This is a senior, highly cross-functional role that will operate as a strategic partner to leadership and drive outcomes across nearly every part of the business. You’ll own critical business functions end-to-end, shape how the company operates at scale, and play a key role in defining strategy as well as execution. This role is expected to evolve alongside the business, with significant influence and autonomy as XBOW grows.

Requirements

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in high-performance, fast-paced environments, ideally spanning consulting, finance, and/or high-growth technology companies
  • Top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or operating experience in a scaled or scaling startup is strongly preferred
  • You are deeply analytical, highly structured in your thinking, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
  • You have exceptional communication skills and can effectively influence and partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • You take full ownership, operate with a high bar for quality, and consistently drive initiatives to completion
  • You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and are energized by building, improving, and scaling systems from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational excellence across the company - design, implement, and scale core business systems, processes, and operating rhythms
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and teams across the organization on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives - act as a strategic thought partner and execution owner from conception through delivery
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution - identify opportunities, make tradeoffs, and ensure operational rigor across all aspects of the business
  • Serve as a connective layer across teams, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve how XBOW operates
  • Own and elevate XBOW’s financial planning and management, including financial modeling, forecasting, performance tracking, and board-level reporting
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including AR/AP, RevOps, budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with third-party accounting, tax, legal, and finance vendors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Build and continuously improve financial systems, controls, and processes to support a rapidly scaling business
  • Partner with leadership to define and drive GTM strategy, including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and go-to-market planning
  • Ensure tight operational alignment between marketing, sales, and product - translating strategy into execution
  • Own and optimize revenue operations infrastructure, including CRM, lead routing, reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics
  • Drive operational rigor across pipeline management, compensation plans, quoting, contracting, invoicing, and billing processes
