About The Position

We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to translate growth into operational and financial clarity. This role sits at the intersection of customers, sales, operations, and leadership, and focuses on building the systems, models, and processes needed to run the company more predictably as complexity increases. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable operating amid ambiguity and enjoys creating structure where it is genuinely needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in business operations, finance, strategy, or a similar operator role at a growing or operationally complex company
  • Strong analytical skills paired with practical judgment
  • Comfort working with incomplete information and evolving requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders
  • High integrity and discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hardware, robotics, or data-intensive businesses is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own tracking and reporting across the customer lifecycle, including pipeline visibility, sales cycles, forecasting, and key metrics
  • Build and maintain cost models for data collection, QA, tooling, and staffing
  • Ensure cost models flow cleanly into broader financial models and forecasts
  • Help the broader team understand which customers, embodiments, or workflows are profitable versus loss-leading
  • Support pricing and scoping decisions with data and analysis
  • Help prepare and maintain board materials, financial summaries, and fundraising diligence materials
  • Ensure metrics and narratives are internally consistent, current, and defensible
