Requirements

Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
TABC and Food Handler-certified

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality or food service experience (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and restock the bistro and breakfast area throughout service.
Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages.
Greet and engage guests warmly, offering recommendations and assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining area and serving stations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with inventory and supply ordering as needed.
