About The Position

As a Biscuit Maker (Back of House Team Member) at Chick-fil-A, you play a vital role in delivering high-quality, delicious food to our guests. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and operational guidelines precisely
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Prepare biscuits according to Chick-fil-A's recipes and procedures
Monitor product quality, freshness, and temperature at every stage of preparation
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed
Communicate with kitchen team and leadership to maintain workflow and product levels
Track and manage product rotation to reduce waste
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory
Support the back-of-house team as needed in other prep or cooking roles
