BiPro/Membrane Operator
About The Position
We are looking for a BiPro/Membrane Operator in Jerome, ID. The BiPro/Membrane Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the proprietary ion-exchange and membrane filtering processes which create whey protein isolates. The BiPro/Membrane Operator position utilizes advanced equipment and oversees crucial production steps to create high quality BiPro whey protein isolate product. Operate equipment and control processes in the production of high quality/high value whey products, successfully applying learned knowledge of processes and production methods. Effectively operate state-of-the-art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.
Requirements
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects, sets objectives and goals, breaks down work into the process steps, develops schedules and assignments, anticipates and adjusts for problems or roadblocks, measures performance against goals, evaluates results.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and control processes in the production of high quality/high value whey products, successfully applying learned knowledge of processes and production methods.
- Effectively operate state-of-the-art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.
- Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH; making adjustments to meet all set points.
- Take frequent readings; accurately logging up to 50 variables per hour.

- Two pay increases within the first year up to $1.00
- $1.50 Shift Differential + Double Time on Sundays
- Monday - Thursday every other Sunday 5AM to 5PM
