Capable of performing in a lead capacity. In-depth understanding of common clinical terminology as well as that of life sciences such as anatomy and physiology. Comprehensive understanding of computers and network architecture. Adept at learning on the job as well as teaching and mentoring others. Optionally has developed mastery to the level that they can mentor other mentors. Considered a "Subject Matter Expert" on high-acuity clinical devices and systems in specialized acute care areas.
