About The Position

The Coordinator Biomedical Dialysis Technician is responsible for overseeing the overall operational condition, maintenance, and repair of all water treatment equipment, medical equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems to ensure patient and staff safety. Ensures accurate processing of materials, supplies and/or equipment necessary in dialysis departments for use by Infirmary Health (IH) and other entities as appropriate.

Requirements

• 3 of 5 most recent years working directly with biomedical equipment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Advanced knowledge of materials required for dialysis
• Proficient in word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs
• 2008T Certification
• Aqua C Certification

Nice To Haves

• Related materials distribution experience
• Knowledge of FDA requirements
