About The Position
The Coordinator Biomedical Dialysis Technician is responsible for overseeing the overall operational condition, maintenance, and repair of all water treatment equipment, medical equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems to ensure patient and staff safety. Ensures accurate processing of materials, supplies and/or equipment necessary in dialysis departments for use by Infirmary Health (IH) and other entities as appropriate.
Requirements
- 3 of 5 most recent years working directly with biomedical equipment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Advanced knowledge of materials required for dialysis
- Proficient in word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs
Nice To Haves
- Related materials distribution experience
- Knowledge of FDA requirements
- 2008T Certification
- Aqua C Certification
