About The Position
Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced Biomed Equipment Technician in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for a large healthcare network in support of imaging services across various NEPA sites.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with board level troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on general and specialized biomedical equipment.
- Must have OR (operating room) equipment experience
- Must have experience repairing and troubleshooting Philips monitoring equipment
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Perform repair and scheduled maintenance on patient and non-patient electronic/mechanical equipment such as Anesthesia machines, NICU equipment, Fetal monitors, Lab equipment, Blood Cell Savers, and other Diagnostic and monitoring equipment.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and installations.
