Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 2 years experience in customer service field, or other related field Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

• Receiving, logging, dispatches, and tracks calls on diagnostic imaging related service issues.
• Creating requisition for invoice payments, database keypunch and customer service follow up.
• Ensuring that assistance is provided to the end user community as quickly and efficiently as possible
