About The Position

This position assists with biomedical research projects, focusing on computational data analysis and documentation of experimental results. Key responsibilities include implementing existing algorithms and computer software for analyzing omics-based data sets (high-throughput, massively parallel genomic/proteomic/clinical), and developing data management and analysis solutions for the storage, investigation, and dissemination of large data sets. The role also involves collaborating with the research team to develop new algorithms to support studies and assisting in the reporting of methods, data, and results. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.

Responsibilities
