About The Position

Assists the Director in the testing, preventative maintenance, and repair of certain electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment. Maintains safety inspection records as required.

Requirements

• High school graduate minimum
• graduate of VO-Tech or trade school completion of technical related to job requirements, including courses in electricity, electronics, mathematics, etc.
• Prefer six (6) months prior, related experience; will consider good applicant without experience
• Normal hospital environment
• Close eye work
• Color perception
• Hearing of normal and soft tones
• Exposure to electrical and mechanical hazards
• Operates electronic test equipment, drills, saws, ladders, safety inspection equipment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
