About The Position

The Bingo Floor Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service to bingo customers by assisting with gameplay, selling bingo specials and monitoring the bingo floor, and ensuring games run smoothly and fairly. This role requires strong customer interaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Prior customer service or cash-handling experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash-handling ability
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
• Must be reliable, honest, and professional
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift light to moderate supplies (as required)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to obtain a Gaming License (Pass background check)
