About The Position

The Bingo Runner is an entry-level, guest-facing role responsible for providing fast, efficient service during bingo sessions. Runners work directly on the floor to verify winners, sell specials, issue change, and assist players in a courteous and professional manner. This position requires strong mobility, customer focus, and the ability to work well under pressure in a team setting. Success in this role means being visible, responsive, and contributing to the overall pace and enjoyment of each bingo session. Bingo Runner supports bingo games by assisting players and verify all potential bingo winning cards and paying out all winners accurately and ensuring games run smoothly and fairly. This role is customer focused, fast paced and requires attention to detail and a friendly attitude.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Bingo Support License (background checks may be required).
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic math skills required; ability to make change accurately
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High Energy, strong mobility, and readiness to respond quickly
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8+ hours during a shift
  • Willingness to work as a team, learn and take direction in a fast-paced, structured, and regulated environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail is preferred
  • Previous bingo or gaming floor experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support players throughout bingo sessions.
  • Sell specials and verify winners quickly and accurately
  • Provide change and assist guests with their purchases in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Respond to floor calls promptly to maintain game flow and guest satisfaction
  • Verify product and player information.
  • Check serial and control numbers on bingo sheets and specials
  • Confirm win eligibility and communicate with the caller or supervisor as needed
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and organized floor operations.
  • Follow bingo department procedures for transactions, verifications, and guest service
  • Record sales or verification data as directed
  • Provide information and respond to guest requests.
  • Answer questions about sessions, games, and promotional offers
  • Direct guests to other team members for additional assistance when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
  • Comply with all internal procedures and regulatory standards
  • Assist with basic cleaning and organizational duties during and after sessions
  • Contribute to teamwork and a positive floor atmosphere.
  • Support fellow team members during busy periods or when additional help is needed
  • Take initiative and show reliability in completing all floor duties
