About The Position

Under the immediate supervision of the Bingo Supervisor, the Bingo Caller is responsible for announcing games, numbers and winners of the Bingo Games. Greet incoming guests. Other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge of Bingo Games required.
Ability to speak English clearly.
Basic knowledge on how to operate a computer.
Ability to work well with the public.
Public speaking skills required.
Ability to work under stressful conditions.
Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
All applicants must be 18 years of age.
Must be certifiable through the Arizona Department of Gaming/Tribal Gaming Office.
1 year experience in customer service or clerical training
All applicants must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Announce different games and particular arrangements of numbers required to win.
Announce and verify winners.
Must be able to understand and comply with departmental internal control regulations.
Remove bingo balls from the receptacle and announce numbers over a microphone and display an electronic display board.
Update boards for progressive jackpots.
Clean bingo balls and caller stand on a daily basis.
Explain various bingo games to patrons.
Assist with promotions and events.
