About The Position

Responsible for providing exemplary guest service by verifying bingo prize payouts and maintaining the pace of bingo games.

Requirements

  • WORKERS IN THIS POSITION MUST BE 21 OR OLDER
  • Communication Skills- Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally.
  • Customer Oriented- Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
  • Enthusiastic- Ability to bring energy to the performance of a task.
  • Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Six months cash handling or sales experience.
  • Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
  • Demonstrated ability in basic mathematical calculations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bingo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains banks, collects monies, verifies prize payouts, and balances entire session.
  • Calls and maintains pace of bingo games.
  • Verifies prize payouts and distributes money to individual agents.
  • Collects admissions and agents’ money and integrates into own bank.
  • Issues and returns papers to agents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Introduces bingo games. Provides information regarding games, rules, prizes, etc.
  • Operates electronic bingo equipment, performs general equipment maintenance, and reports malfunctions to management.
  • Identifies irregularities in play and notifies supervisor.
  • Inventories pets, programs, coupons, general office supplies, and processes requisitions to supply such.
  • Must be able to work all major holidays, including weekends for bingo events.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds customer service standards.
  • Maintains general appearance of Bingo area.
  • Receives complaints/compliments and reports to supervisor.
  • Answers telephone calls and gives information to callers.
  • May assist with promotional drawings, including announcements over the microphone. Prepare outgoing mail in answer to information requests.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards.
  • Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs, and services.
  • Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.
  • All other duties as assigned.
