About The Position

TPI is currently searching for a Bindery Sorter 1st shift to work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA. Position Summary: This position involves setting up work areas and supporting bindery machine operators by efficiently bundling, sorting, and pulling printed materials off machines for sorting into mail trays in preparation for shipment. Key responsibilities include inspecting products for quality, operating strapping machines for bundling mailers, and loading mail trays onto pallets. Additionally, the sorter will use manual pallet jacks to move palletized skids to the docking area, ensuring timely and efficient processing of printed materials.

Nice To Haves

High School degree or equivalent.
Previous mail handling or sorting experience preferred.
Previous experience working in a warehouse or production/manufacturing environment preferred.
