We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Bindery/Finishing professional to join our high-performing Production Team at AlphaGraphics on University. You’ll operate cutting, folding, binding, and finishing equipment, execute quality control, and prepare jobs for final delivery. Requirements

  • 5+ years of bindery/finishing experience in a commercial print environment
  • Familiarity with job tickets, quality control, and production workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift
  • Team-first attitude with excellent communication

Responsibilities

  • Operate finishing equipment: cutters, folders, booklet makers, coil binders, etc.
  • Perform hand assembly, kitting, and detailed packaging
  • Conduct quality checks for trims, folds, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist with inventory counts and equipment upkeep
