Assistant Machine Operator Starting Rate OR Range: $18.75 plus 7.5% an hour shift differential for night shift Additional Incentives: $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement $150 Safety Glasses Reimbursement Company will provide all tools necessary 2+ Weeks’ Vacation (years of experience in trade considered) Cross-training provided Work Hours: 12-hour shift (days and nights) Location: 3094 Lester Dr. Kendallville, IN As our Assistant Machine operator, you will: Assist the machine Operator with the everyday operation of the press Ensure machine is producing product to exceed our customers’ expectations Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career Move gathered books from end of press and place on skid Physical Requirements: Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift Qualifications: Experience – Previous machine experience preferred Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications Ability to work in teams or alone, ability to motivate other team members Discover What Makes Kendallville Special Opened 12 years ago as a digital plant, our Kendallville site combines innovation with small-town charm.
