About The Position
PrintsWell is a family-owned stationery printing business founded in 1991. We manufacture and fulfill personalized stationery orders nationwide. We believe every employee is valuable, and were looking for energetic, dependable, and teachable team members to join us. The Bindery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automated paper cutting and finishing equipment. Prior print-finishing experience is a plus, but not requiredwe will train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
- Willingness to occasionally work overtime as needed (especially during peak season)
Nice To Haves
- Prior print-finishing experience
- Mechanical and computer skills
Responsibilities
- Load paper and set up the correct cutting program using computer controls
- Monitor the flow of paper to ensure cutting accuracy and quality
- Identify and correct irregularities during operation
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
