About The Position

The Bin Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up containers, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and safety standards. This role reports directly to the Route Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Satisfactory driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement.

Nice To Haves

• Solid Waste industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck or trailer to deliver and remove containers and bins from customer locations.
• Perform minor repairs on containers and bins.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and service reports.
• Actively communicate with supervisors and dispatch.
• Foster positive interactions with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assist with special projects, including community events and cleanups.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork, and professionalism in all interactions.
