BIM/Revit specialist desired to work on medical equipment drawings for
hospital/healthcare-related projects. Our close-knit group of high performers is

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related BIM/Revit program preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Revit software is required.
• Being analytical with strong attention to detail is essential.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work successfully independently as well as in a team environment
• Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous multiple projects and deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Sketch Up experience is desirable.
• Experience building Revit families of various detail is valuable.
• Experience specializing in Hospital, Healthcare or similar experience is a plus.
• Construction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Equipment Planning team by producing and updating precise drawings with regard to medical equipment.
• Documentation and detailing
• Daily coordination with staff and consultants
• Creating Revit families
• Modify current drawings per planner changes.
• Manage Revit files
• Development and Maintenance of the Revit family libraries and CAD block libraries to be used for Medical equipment floor plans.
