Job Summary: The BIM Designer I supports the creation, coordination, and maintenance of building information models and design documentation for manufacturing production lines and facility infrastructure projects. This role assists engineers and senior designers by developing and updating 2D drawings and 3D BIM models to support equipment layout, facility modifications, and construction coordination. The position maintains accurate as-built documentation, performs field verification, and contributes to design review activities to ensure alignment between design intent and existing conditions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple design assignments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
