We are currently seeking a BIM Administrator to join any of our offices. You are passionate about design and devoted to quality. You possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines, as well as a thorough knowledge of relevant software and processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design process, working closely with technology and project teams to champion consistency and standardization.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of BIM software functionality and the ability to work with complex 3D models
• Proficiency in Revit to create and modify BIM models is required
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, cloud-based BIM model coordination, and clash detection
• Maintain accurate documentation of the BIM model to support project delivery and management, and ensure project information is easily accessible to other team members
• Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challenges
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Drafting preferred.
• 3+ years in the AEC industry as a BIM Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM Modeling
• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design required.
• Experience with clash detection tools
• A cover letter and resume are required.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in implementing and enforcing BIM standards.
• Support daily BIM model management, administration, and maintenance.
• Coordinate and proactively support BIM project delivery.
• Complete BIM execution plans
• Ensure consistent use of templates
• Harvest BIM data and move project drives to the cloud.
• Support 300+ users
