About The Position
Due to significant business growth (over 30% last year), we are adding a dedicated Billing Specialist to support our expanding customer base. The primary functions of the Sales Support Specialist –Billing is to support the business by resolving credit holds and work closely with the accounting team to resolve issues with billing customers. The candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, customer focused, and results driven.
Requirements
- 1+ year of billing/invoicing experience
Responsibilities
- Work with Accounting to resolve issues with billing.
- Prepare quotes/custom invoices.
- Clear credit holds daily by reaching out to customers via outbound call.
- Assist with updating payment methods on customer accounts
- Assist with month and quarter end activities.
