About The Position
The HealthEZ Billing Specialist supports revenue cycle processes, monthly billing, and revenue reporting. The Billing Specialist will report directly to the Billing Manager. A successful candidate will possess a strong analytical skillset, the ability to work independently, and high level of accuracy in all work. This position is located out of our Bloomington, MN headquarters. Hybrid work considered after successful training has occurred.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 2+ years' experience in Accounting, Finance or related job required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Generate monthly customer invoices
- Calculate fees and verify data across systems
- Send invoices and supporting materials to the client as needed
- Respond to billing inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
- Apply customer payments in accounting system
- Perform other duties as assigned
