About The Position

In this role, you will take ownership of the billing process, ensuring claims are submitted accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company standards. You will serve as a key point of contact for billing-related inquiries, working closely with internal teams and insurance providers to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of medical billing experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing and claims processes
• Experience with CentralReach or similar billing systems preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, interest, and commissions
• Understanding of basic algebra and geometry concepts
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and manage multiple variables
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
• Comfortable working with both abstract and concrete information
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands throughout the workday
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Visual ability including close, distance, and peripheral vision
