Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products
Able to multitask in a high-speed environment
Exceedingly detail-oriented
Able to uphold proper office etiquette
Possess a High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Audit submitted carrier invoice against Bill of Lading and order information in system to confirm accuracy and completeness.
Research discrepancies and ensure corrections are completed; whether making corrections personally or following up with individuals from other departments.
Redact sensitive information as needed.
Ensure additional charges and/or special circumstances are correctly applied.
Manage phone and email communication and respond promptly to any requests and questions.
Utilize imaging software to scan documents and upload files to maintain proper recordkeeping.
Other duties as assigned.
