As a Billing Specialist, you’ll be acting as a strategic bridge between Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps. Your mission is to remove friction from the customer lifecycle by owning complex billing workflows, procurement hurdles, and financial queries — ensuring ScreenCloud remains a seamless, trusted partner to our customers. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role requiring strong SaaS financial literacy, operational rigour, and a customer-first mindset. By centralising billing and financial operations, you’ll directly enable our Customer Success Managers to focus on strategic account growth and value delivery. You won’t just resolve issues — you’ll help design and improve the workflows that protect revenue, improve data integrity, and elevate the customer experience.
