About The Position

As a Billing Specialist, you’ll be acting as a strategic bridge between Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps. Your mission is to remove friction from the customer lifecycle by owning complex billing workflows, procurement hurdles, and financial queries — ensuring ScreenCloud remains a seamless, trusted partner to our customers. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role requiring strong SaaS financial literacy, operational rigour, and a customer-first mindset. By centralising billing and financial operations, you’ll directly enable our Customer Success Managers to focus on strategic account growth and value delivery. You won’t just resolve issues — you’ll help design and improve the workflows that protect revenue, improve data integrity, and elevate the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing, billing, finance, or CS Ops role
  • SaaS financial literacy, including experience with subscription lifecycles, prorations, and tax-exempt processing
  • Experience using financial and billing platforms such as Chargebee, Stripe, Avalara, or similar
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and a support CRM (e.g. Intercom)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across CS, RevOps, and Finance to drive issues to resolution
  • Comfortable thinking across business, product, and technical contexts
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain focus under pressure
  • A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and high attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Respond to billing and finance-related enquiries from ScreenCloud customers worldwide
  • Own customer billing issues end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and accurate system updates
  • Manage in-house and third-party procurement portals, proactively retrieving POs, tracking status, and maintaining account access
  • Collect, review, and verify new vendor documentation, (eg W-9/W-8 forms), banking information (ACH/wire details), tax identification numbers (TIN), and certificates of insurance (COI).
  • Act as the primary filter for RevOps and Finance, ensuring billing escalations are documented, validated, and accurate before handover
  • Audit and resolve discrepancies across systems to prevent duplicate opportunities and ensure accurate revenue forecasting
  • Support Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps with billing, subscription, and financial projects
  • Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities, contributing to process optimisation and automation
  • Maintain meticulous records across systems to safeguard revenue integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Any other billing related task/s that support the wider Customer Success team
