Cox Automotive is searching for a Billing Specialist I. This is a 12-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
- Ability to answer inbound inquiries via phone (Genesys) and email (Salesforce)
- Ability to review, understand, and discuss contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances
- Strong communication skills to present information clearly and concisely
- Ability to document information appropriately in Salesforce and SAP
- Ability to collaborate with Finance Team and other internal teams
- Flexibility to work EST hours (9-6 EST)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound inquiries, via phone (Genesys) and email (Salesforce), from external and internal clients related to Billing
- Review, understand, and converse with clients regarding their contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances
- Present information to clients clearly and concisely
- Document information appropriately in Salesforce and SAP
- Collaborate within the Finance Team (Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing Ops, and Collections) as well as other internal teams (e.g. Sales, Retention, Business Leadership) as needed to resolve all client inquiries
