About The Position

SAM Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable, tech‑savvy Customer Service Representative to join our corporate office in Albany, GA. This is a fast‑paced role where you will consistently handle customer calls, emails, and internal coordination to ensure accurate, timely service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Exceptionally strong skills with computers, tablets, and smartphones
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • On‑call availability as needed
  • Must pass pre‑employment and random drug screenings
  • Must live in — or be willing to relocate to — the Albany, GA area

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a fast‑paced environment
  • Handle customer emails consistently throughout the day
  • Enter customer information and service orders into internal systems with accuracy
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate with fellow branches to provide clear, accurate customer updates
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow established company procedures and service standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations
