As the Revenue Cycle Team Lead, your primary focus will be on managing the entire revenue cycle process, including eligibility, billing, collections, cash posting, and A/R denial management for complete account resolution. This key leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's financial performance. This is a full-time office-based role with excellent benefits located at our corporate headquarters in Little Rock, AR

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management or team leadership experience required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • A stable work history and excellent professional references.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Cycle Management: Overseeing billing, claims, eligibility, cash posting, accounts receivables, and collections.
  • Leadership: Guiding and managing a team of Revenue Cycle Specialists, mentoring and coaching staff, and conducting regular staff meetings.
  • Monitoring, Reporting & Implementation: Developing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring best practice standards, and completing regular reporting to management.
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports
  • Completes weekly/monthly reporting to management, as required
  • Develops and implements strategies to impact P&L concern areas
  • Other monitoring, reporting and implementation duties as assigned
