About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Billing Professional for an open-ended contract to support our operations in Lexington, KY. This role is essential for ensuring that customer accounts are accurately maintained and compliant, while also generating invoices and facilitating customer account readiness for activation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in invoicing and billing customer service.
• Experience with invoice processing and administrative support.
• Knowledge of billing systems, contract compliance, and accounting.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Skill in invoice entry, record keeping, and addressing invoice issues.
• Ability to conduct audits.

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical skills.
• Background in medical billing, medical coding, or relevant projects within an academic program.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for customers.
• Ensure new accounts are ready and meet compliance standards.
• Make necessary account changes, including name and rate adjustments.
• Ensure contract compliance across all customer accounts.
• Maintain customer invoices and resolve any related issues.
• Set up new customers in the billing systems, including Oracle and ABS.
• Conduct audits of customer accounts.
• Ensure contracts are signed and filed appropriately.
