About The Position

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Billing Manager to oversee and optimize the full revenue cycle for onsite outpatient and physician-based services. This role will manage billing operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficient reimbursement processes within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Wound Care, and/or Physician Practice billing is highly preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
• Prior leadership or management experience required
• In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, payer guidelines, and reimbursement processes
• Experience managing denials, appeals, and process improvement initiatives
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Strong background in ASC, wound care, or physician practice billing strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day billing and revenue cycle operations onsite
• Oversee medical billing, coding, claims submission, and collections
• Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement from commercial and government payers
• Monitor key billing metrics, denials, and AR, implementing process improvements
• Lead, train, and support onsite billing and authorization staff
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements, policies, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to resolve revenue issues
• Support audits, reporting, and payer communications as needed
