About The Position

The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our growing team!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document handling).
  • Ability to follow written processes and instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Collect billing documentation from field operations, project teams, and internal systems.
  • Review billing items for completeness and basic accuracy (dates, job numbers, approvals).
  • Submit billing documentation to the Home Office Accounting Department in accordance with established procedures.
  • Track submitted billing items to ensure timely handoff and follow up on missing information.
  • Maintain organized electronic and/or physical records of billing documents.
  • Communicate with internal teams to request or clarify billing documentation as needed.
  • Follow company procedures and timelines related to billing support.
  • Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned.
