Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must have at least five years of law firm billing experience
  • Must understand engagement letters and interpret matter-level rate structures
  • Must have e-billing experience and e-billing troubleshooting knowledge
  • Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with law firm personnel and clients
  • Must be able to show great attention to detail while handling a high volume of bills
  • Must be able to work effectively with a team while being able to work independently
  • Must have a high level of proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think independently and take ownership of projects as assigned
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to professionally handle highly sensitive, confidential information

Responsibilities
