The purpose of the Administrative Specialist I position is to fulfill all aspects of FIPP billing, records management, and coordination of all incoming referrals in a timely manner. This position may also provide light office administrative duties in collaboration with other administrative support staff, including answering and transferring phone calls, forwarding referrals, and addressing inquiries from the public.
