About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an RCM Billing and Collections Specialist (Claims Specialist), where you'll play a crucial role in managing the revenue cycle for our clinic in partnership with the RCM team. Under the direct and indirect supervision of the Billing and Collections Manager, you'll ensure the smooth handling of medical and dental claims, verify proper loading of insurance policies and patient demographics to the software system, and monitor efficiency of claims transmission success, supporting both patients and our practices to achieve optimal outcomes and care.
