The billing clerk performs general bookkeeping, data entry, maintaining records and invoices. This includes keeping track of customers debts and due payments٫ preparing invoices and updating records. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Performs the following AR activities including but not limited to invoicing, issuing credits, debit memos and all other activities related to AR as directed Issues invoices and other bills to customers through mail, e-mail etc. Prepares all information needed for bill receivable Assists AR Manager & Lead in reconciling and maintaining the AR subledger Adheres to departmental and company policies and transacts AR activities accordingly Assists customers with billing Answers questions and handles complaints regarding bills from customers
