Requirements
- High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a directly related field.
- Must have a license/certification associated with Medical Billing and Coding, including CPB (preferred), CPC, CCS, or CMC.
- Proven track record of developing online training content.
- Must adhere to weekly class schedules.
- Ability to mentor students and hold them accountable to program standards.
- Adept at computers and technology.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Resident of Texas.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advance student learning through exemplary instruction by following an established course outline.
- Assist in student learning outcomes.
- Maintain current knowledge in the subject matter area and effective teaching/learning strategies.
- Maintain appropriate standards of professionalism and conduct.
- Grade class assignments and exams.
