About The Position

Prosperity Partners is a Chicago-headquartered public accounting firm specializing in tax, accounting, and personal finance services for dynamic businesses, high net-worth individuals, and family offices. The firm is seeking an organized Billing Administrator to support its growing practice across various U.S. offices. This role involves coordinating administrative functions, working closely with existing Billing and Administrative teams, and company Partners. The position offers significant growth potential, including opportunities for additional responsibilities, training, and education in tax preparation and/or associate-level accounting, with excellent opportunities for annual advancement for dedicated individuals. Due to the collaborative nature of the work, employees are expected to be in the office three days per week. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administrative functions of the firm
  • Perform monthly client billings and collections
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Track and report staff time-sheets
  • Communicate with clients on billing and collections matters
  • Handle reception duties
  • Manage documents
  • Process mailings
  • Manage purchasing
  • Plan client meetings and office events
