Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
  • One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience with play therapy and interest in working with younger children
  • Familiarity with working within child welfare and school systems
  • Passionate advocate for clients and families who have experienced oppression or discrimination
  • Within 24 months acquire full license of LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
  • Collaborative, and client centered experience
  • Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
  • Background, passion and desire to work with children, adolescents and their families struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety
  • A minimum of 2 days per week will be required to work until 6pm
