Requirements

Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT), or Within 6 months acquire full license of LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Experience working with substance use disorder
One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
Require experience and/or interest in working in an outpatient clinical setting serving clientele with a diverse presentation of age, mental health diagnosis and symptoms, and environmental challenges
Collaborative, and client centered experience
Proficient with clinical modalities to include: Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma focused therapies (EMDR, WET, CPT, TF-CBT, or other), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, other Cognitive Behavior Therapies.
